Whether you’re planning a conference, delivering training, or hosting a meeting, Belle Vue Centre offers a range of bright, flexible rooms to suit your needs. All spaces are located on the first floor, easily accessible via stairs or lift, making them ideal for organisations, community groups, and professional events.

Conference Suite – Our Largest & Most Versatile Space

Our Conference Suite is a spacious, adaptable venue perfect for large gatherings, presentations, and corporate events.

Capacity Options

• Up to 100 people (seated, theatre‑style)

• Up to 80 people (round tables & chairs)

Flexible Layout

The suite can be hired as:

• The full Conference Suite, or

• Three individual sections:

  • Conference Suite 1

  • Conference Suite 2

  • Conference Suite 3

• Or combined sections:

  • Conference Suite 1 + 2

  • Conference Suite 2 + 3

Each section comfortably accommodates:

• Up to 25 people (chairs only)

• Up to 20 people (tables & chairs)

Equipment & Facilities

• Conference Suite 3 includes a static PowerPoint and screen for presentations

• We have 2 x 55inch TV’s for presentations

• Flipcharts available on request

• Guests may bring their own equipment if preferred

 Training & Classroom Spaces

We also offer three dedicated training/classroom rooms, ideal for workshops, meetings, and smaller group sessions.

• Two rooms accommodate up to 20 people (tables & chairs)

• One smaller room accommodates up to 12 people

These rooms provide a quiet, professional environment suitable for training providers, community organisations, and business meetings.

 Refreshments & Catering

To support your event, we offer a range of catering options:

• Refreshments available to pre‑book

• Access to our in‑house Key Café, serving meals, sandwiches, snacks, and drinks
